How much does delivery cost?
£30 + VAT. For all orders under the value of £350 (excluding VAT)
FREE for all orders over the value of £350 (excluding VAT)

Where do you deliver to?
Currently we can only deliver to UK mainland – England, Wales and Scotland

How long will my delivery take?
Orders placed before 12:00pm will be delivered the next working day. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
Our courier company will deliver anytime between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

Can I use a different address for delivery?
No. For your security, delivery will only take place to the registered cardholders address.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
It is essential you or a representative is available to recieve your delivery. The courier company will attempt delivery twice and will leave a contact card on a failed delivery. If you do not contact the courier company the goods will be returned back to us within a week. This cost and additional costs will be passed directly onto you.

I’ve received my goods but they are damaged?
When you receive your delivery, it is essential you inspect the goods prior to accepting the delivery. If the goods have been damaged during delivery you should refuse the delivery and the goods will be returned back to us. We will then arrange a new delivery.
If your consignment consists of multiple products and part of this consignment is damaged you can accept the delivery, noting which products are damaged. We will then arrange a new delivery for the damaged product(s).
If you are unable to inspect the consigment at time of delivery, it is essential you sign for the delivery as UNCHECKED.
